HIKING
Horn island, which is 14 miles long and has the most varied terrain, offers excellent hiking. Although the island adverages a half mile wide, crossings are restricted by dense vegetation and numerous lagoons. Catfish barbs, stickers, and cactus spines make shoes a necessity.
